INGREDIENTS :
- 2 tbsp instant coffee
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp hot water
- 1 cup cold or hot milk of choice
- 1/4🥄- 1/2🥄tsp pink pitaya powder
- Dark chocolate to garnish
EQUIPMENT NEEDED :
- Electric beater or milk frother
INSTRUCTIONS :
- Using an electric beater or milk frother, beat instant coffee, sugar and hot water for 5 minutes or until you have consistent and light coffee foam. Set aside.
- Whisk or beat pink pitaya powder into milk until well combined. The powder will dissolve easier into hot milk. Strain milk into a fresh glass to avoid any pink pitaya granules that may have formed. Leave enough room on top to add coffee foam.
- Add coffee foam to the milk. The foam will float on top. (Optional) sprinkle/grate some dark chocolate over the coffee foam
- Enjoy as is or stir coffee foam into the milk until well combined before sipping.
